What makes you a good leader?: Well, You really can't define if your a good leader or not, sometimes leader can mean different things in everyones' mind, though I consider myself a decent leader, I really can't judge myself but people have said I can be decent at times, I'm not perfect nor bad, I teeter on the line of good and okay, Overall its for the people to decide not me. My attributes also make me a good leader such as my emotions and determination for security and such, usually my seriousness can be good in a security situation, Though it can also be a con, people don't like serious people, I tend to be serious and a serious roleplayer at times, though I can be laid back if I need to be and and such. Overall a mix of being serious and mature can bring a lot to the table and it can set a strong foundation for AST and the security team to follow off of and such. Overall like I said I can't really judge myself as a leader its really the communities job to judge me and see how I would do and such seeing if I'm fit for this situation and such!
What’s your definition of leadership: Sometimes people call leaders "bosses" or a person that "bosses" people around and I utterly disagree with that statement, I have a entirely different opinion of it. I think a leader should inspire and motivate there troops, a boss is someone that gives orders sternly and doesn't motivate you, Leadership should include giving orders aswell as motivating your troopers and making sure there Morale is high above the clouds. Leadership could mean differently but overall to me this is what I think it means, though everyone has there own opinions that are stored within, I do believe Leaders should care for there troopers but aswell as be hard on them. Though most of what I said is my opinion everyone has there own view set of how leadership should be appointed and or what it means thus everyone has there own opinion and I will be judged on basis of opinion.
If you have any commander experience, list below (Server name, rank, time held):
VG - CG Captain, CG MAJ, CG Colonel - Only a year or so- Maybe 11 months at most?
BLN - CG CPL, Commander Thorn, SSGT Thire, SSGT Jek - Three Months
NCG- Commander Fox or Thorn - Three Months at most?
RSG - Commander Fox - Two Months.
NFGC - Commander Fox or Thorn - One or Two months.
ASG - CG Captain or Fox - One Month
AS CWRP (Old) - Ensign Sigma - One month?
As a commander, how can you improve the community: Honestly, I can try to improve the community with not power hungry security, Or a Security Force that is decent and useful at all times! I think I can lay down a strong foundation for Security, If I do get demoted the other commanders after me can hopefully build off of the foundation I put down and such, though I can try to improve the community by having a Stable Security team, and by trying to be a laid back commander aswell, Some people take me as a Stern and Serious commander, which I am, but I can try to be laid back if need be, and dealing with Minges as security, I can do that when staff arent on (Even though I am staff) When I'm staff I will never be abusing my powers with AST, I've seen on a couple of servers on how they abuse they're staff rank to get to places and such and they just say when they're confronted "Man- I'm Security I'm allowed to do this!" I've heard that reason before and it just is fucking stupid to hear, so I will try to refrain from using my Mod powers with AST.
Do you know the rules: Yes of course.
How's your maturity level?: I'd rate myself a 7/10, overall, I think I can be really serious at times, and sometimes I can crack a few jokes and such.
Why should we pick you over other Commanders applying?: You don't have too though I do have a lot of experience over others and I can tend to be very serious over others and really stern, I also do know a bit about Real life Police and such, but overall I do have the skill that needs to come with the job but overall its for the community to judge me and such! Overall Its really a judgement type basis picking, though I may not know the other candidate I do know the position the best and I've known it a long time, and I enjoy the position, and I'm ready to work hard, and contribute towards the success thereof, doing whatever is necessary.
Do you know basic Star Wars CW lore?: I think I know a decent amount if Info about the CW, I usually like reading about CG and ST lore since I found it interesting and such though I do know some other lore other than CG and ST lore.[/b]
