I have lead battalions in MCJROTC and have gained my leadership attributes from the class. I love to train recruits and help them try to become a CO one day. I can teach others how to lead and bring out the best in them. I want the server to be something that everyone can look forward to getting on. I'd make my regiment well respected and want people to look at and hear about as being well skilled, but easy to get along with. I don’t just want to be someone's CO, but a friend to my troops and others in the server.

You don't give any information on how your going to do it. "For As a commander, how can you improve the community?" You give reasons that an NCO would do and you reuse the phrase teach leadership quite a bit, then you go onto say you have a wild imagination for event planning if that's true why are you trying to become a commander not a Gamemaster. Lastly, the application as poor grammar and you're already established on another community which will take away from a battalion which needs someone that can be there actively.
